Return Policy

This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website JourneeRainn.com and any inner-city personal delivery purchases that have been made.

 

JourneeRainn Apparel reserves the right to offer No Refunds on all items, but will accept exchanges or will issue a store credit on all unworn/tagged items within 30 days of purchase.

 

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Accessories must be in its original packaging. All exchanged/returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable), paid by customer.

 

Prior to returning any items, an email must be placed to JourneeRainn Apparel. We will then go over the details of your issue and will decide whether an exchange or store credit will be granted.  Please email us at shop@journeerainn.com should you have any questions.
